Sacramento, Roseville & Rocklin Birthday Party Cost Guide (2026): Real Prices, Packages & Budgeting

Nexus Lounge & VR · 2026-11-01 · Parties & Events

How much does a kids, teen, or adult birthday party actually cost in Rocklin, Roseville, and Sacramento? Compare traditional trampoline parks, bowling alleys, and arcades with all-inclusive Zero Latency free-roam VR, Pizza Factory pizza, and VIP Lounge party packages.

Whether you're planning a 10th birthday, a 13th or 16th teen bash, or a 21st, 30th, or 40th adult milestone party in Rocklin, Roseville, Sacramento, Folsom, Granite Bay, or Lincoln, the first question on your mind is simple: "How much is this birthday party actually going to cost—and what is included so I don't get hit with surprise add-ons?"

Across Placer County and Greater Sacramento, birthday party pricing at traditional venues often hides extra charges for party room rentals, arcade game cards, pizza upgrades, and weekend peak surcharges. At Nexus Lounge & VR in Rocklin (5 minutes from Roseville and ~25 minutes from downtown Sacramento), we publish transparent, single-rate Birthday & Party Packages that bundle 45 minutes of Zero Latency free-roam VR gameplay per player, piping-hot 14-inch Pizza Factory pizzas, 2-liter soda pitchers, tableware, Private VIP Lounge time, and a dedicated party host.

Below is our complete 2026 cost guide for kids (10+), teen, and adult birthday parties from 4 to 100 guests.

1. Traditional Roseville & Sacramento Birthday Venue Costs vs. All-Inclusive VR Packages

When parents or party planners price out a typical birthday party at a bowling alley, indoor karting track, trampoline park, or arcade in Roseville, Rocklin, or Sacramento, the bill usually stacks up like this:

• Base Activity / Arcade Card / Jump Pass: $30 to $55 per guest (plus $20+ in extra arcade reloads when tokens run out in 15 minutes)
• Private Party Room or Table Rental: $100 to $250 (often limited to just 45 minutes of table time after the activity)
• Pizza, Drinks & Tableware Add-Ons: $25 to $35 per pizza + $4 per drink
• Weekend "Peak" Surcharge: 15% to 25% higher pricing on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

By the time you check out, a 10-to-12-person birthday party at a traditional venue frequently climbs to $550–$800+ ($55–$75/guest)—and your group spends most of the time scattered across a noisy public floor.

As we break down in Beyond the Arcade: Why Free-Roam VR is the New Standard for Party Entertainment, Nexus Lounge & VR keeps your entire birthday squad together inside our warehouse-scale Zero Latency arena and Private VIP Lounge for the entire 1.5-to-2.5-hour celebration—at a predictable flat rate starting at $260 for 4 players ($49.50 to $65/player all-in) with zero weekend surcharges.
