When does Jumanji VR launch at Nexus Lounge & VR?

Jumanji VR officially launches on December 4, 2026 at Nexus Lounge & VR in Rocklin, CA. You can book your December and holiday break sessions online now before weekend time slots sell out.

How is this different from playing VR at home?

Home VR keeps you standing in one spot moving with a thumbstick. At Nexus Lounge & VR, you and up to 7 friends wear lightweight wireless headsets and physically walk through a massive, tennis-court-sized arena. Because your real body moves 1:1 with the virtual world, it feels completely real and eliminates motion sickness.

How many people can play Jumanji VR together?

From 1 to 8 players can enter the Jumanji arena together in the same session. It's built for couples on date night, families, friend groups, birthday parties, and corporate teams.

What ages can play Jumanji VR?

Jumanji VR is an adventure-led experience great for kids (ages 10+), teens, and adults. No prior gaming experience is needed—our Game Masters brief your crew and guide you every step of the way.

Do you have food, drinks, and a bar at the venue?

Yes! Nexus Lounge & VR features an upscale lounge and Gamer's Bar & Cafe serving craft beer, wine (Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Pinot Grigio), hard seltzers, specialty coffees, dirty sodas, wings, sliders, nachos, and artisan pizzas.
