Tired of the same old office holiday parties? The awkward small talk over lukewarm buffet food, the forced mingling in a stuffy restaurant, or another predictable bowling night? This year, it’s time to elevate your corporate celebration and give your team an experience they’ll actually talk about well into the new year. Enter Nexus Lounge & VR in Rocklin, California—the premier destination for groups looking to trade the traditional holiday slump for cutting-edge entertainment.
A Luxurious, Upscale Vibe
Nexus Lounge & VR isn’t your standard arcade. Designed specifically with professionals in mind, the 6,400-square-foot venue radiates sophistication. Imagine walking into a modern space featuring striking high-gloss black marble finishes with subtle gold-grain accents, deep red leather seating, and an ambient blue-and-cyan glow. It’s a stylish, high-end environment where your team can relax in private VIP lounge spaces, mingle, and celebrate the year’s successes in true comfort.
World-Class Immersive Entertainment
The main event is the technology. Nexus houses Northern California’s first Zero Latency VR arena, a massive 1,500-square-foot free-roam space where up to eight players can untether and battle together in intense, collaborative missions. If high-octane action isn’t everyone's speed, teams can test their wits in mind-bending VR escape rooms using the absolute latest HTC Vive headsets, or experience the adrenaline rush of multi-dimensional motion simulators. There is something for everyone, making it incredibly accessible for absolute beginners while staying deeply engaging for seasoned gamers.
Exceptional Catering Partnerships
No holiday party is complete without phenomenal food, and our verified culinary partners deliver exactly that. We’ve teamed up with Gourmet Garage Catering Co. and Commissary to offer everything from casual boxed lunches to premium dual-entrée spreads that will impress the whole office. For an elevated touch, Randy Peters Catering provides flexible package tiers, complete with dedicated beverage stations and gourmet side upgrades. Paired with our Gamer’s Bar & Lounge—serving up a curated selection of beer, wine, and craft mocktails—your team can seamlessly transition from saving a virtual universe to toasting the holidays.
Built for Meaningful Connection
Capable of hosting up to 100 guests, Nexus Lounge & VR takes the pressure off event planners by providing a seamless, deeply personalized VIP experience. This year, don’t just host a party—create shared memories, foster camaraderie, and transport your team to another dimension.
