Rancho Cordova
Zion VR and PlayVerse VR both offer free-walk VR, arcade-style VR and birthday parties east of downtown.
Carmichael
Surge VR Arena & Golf Lounge combines a free-roam VR arena with golf simulators and a bar.
Downtown Sacramento
Sandbox VR at Downtown Commons uses full-body tracking and haptic vests, with licensed worlds such as Squid Game and Stranger Things.
Free-roam vs. room-scale VR: what's the difference?
Room-scale VR gives each player a personal play bay. Free-roam VR puts your whole group in one big shared arena where you physically walk, duck and explore together. For groups, parties and team building, free-roam is the bigger "wow".
