> Planning the office holiday party? Get free-roam VR, catered food and a beer & wine bar under one roof in Rocklin, near Roseville and Sacramento, for up to 100 guests.

Most company holiday parties end up split across places: dinner at a restaurant, then a trip somewhere for the "fun part". At [Nexus Lounge & VR](/parties-events/holiday) in Rocklin, near Roseville and Sacramento, your team gets free-roam VR, catered food and a beer & wine bar in one 6,400 sq ft venue, with private buyouts for up to 100 guests.

## Why one venue beats two

        - **No second trip:** nobody drives between a restaurant and an arcade.

        - **Everyone has a place:** players head into the arena while others relax in the lounge with food and drinks.

        - **One bill, one contact:** a single event coordinator handles games, catering and the bar.

Many VR arcades focus on the games only and don't serve food or alcohol, so check before you book if those matter to your team.

## Holiday packages at Nexus

**Drinks:** add 2 drink tickets per guest (beer or wine) for $18/person, or an open bar for $30/person.

## A sample 3-hour party

        - **First 30 minutes:** arrival, drinks and appetizers in the lounge.

        - **Next 90 minutes:** teams rotate through free-roam VR missions and VR escape rooms.

        - **Last hour:** dinner, awards for the top team and time to mingle.
