Yes! Our Mini (4–8 players), Standard (9–12 players), and Large (13–16 players) Zero Latency VR Party Packages—as well as the 17–30 player Mega Bash—can be booked directly online with instant confirmation. For custom groups, 50-to-100-guest buyouts, or special requests, simply submit an inquiry and our event coordinator will set everything up. ### What ages are VR birthday parties best for? Our Zero Latency free-roam VR and VRdeck party packages are ideal for kids ages 10+, tweens, teens, college groups, and adults (21+). Because players walk naturally in a warehouse-scale arena and choose from age-appropriate adventures—ranging from colorful co-op worlds and sci-fi robot defense to intense zombie survival or PvP esports—every age group gets an experience tailored to them. ### Can we bring our own birthday cake or cupcakes? Yes! When you book any Birthday & Party package with Private VIP Lounge access, you are welcome to bring a birthday cake, cupcakes, or special celebratory dessert at no extra charge. We already provide disposable plates, forks, napkins, and cups, plus your included 14-inch Pizza Factory pizzas and 2-liter sodas. ### Do you host adult (21+) birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette nights, and milestone celebrations? Absolutely. Nexus Lounge & VR is a favorite for 21st, 30th, 40th, and 50th birthday bashes and bachelor/bachelorette parties. Our on-site Gamer's Bar & Cafe serves craft beers, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Pinot Grigio, hard seltzers, dirty sodas, espresso, wings, sliders, and charcuterie. You can add 2 Drink Tickets per adult guest ($18/person) or run a bar tab in the VIP Lounge. ### How do game rotations work if we have more than 8 players? Our Zero Latency free-roam VR arena accommodates up to 8 players simultaneously. For parties of 9 to 16 players, the group splits into two squads that rotate between the VR arena and the Private VIP Lounge—where non-playing guests can eat pizza, hang out, and watch their friends' live in-game view on our giant 85-inch spectator screens!
